Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Ceramics and Materials or related field).
• 3+ years of experience in ceramics-related manufacturing processes.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Investigate root causes of failures and develop process controls.
• Monitor critical process parameters and drive improvements in yield and throughput.
• Design and run experiments across ceramic materials processes (milling, tape casting, thick film printing, lamination, cutting).
• Lead DOE studies and report results.
• Train team on process controls and best practices.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas.
• Mentor junior engineers and oversee projects.
