Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker in Elyria, OH is seeking a Ceramic Ferrule Machine Operator for the 11pm–7am shift. You will load/unload ferrule furnaces, maintain temperature, and assist with ferrule presses.

The role includes packaging, labeling, and inventory documentation in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalence, ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and basic computer skills.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to stand/walk for an 8–10 hour day in a manufacturing kiln environment.
• Lift up to 50 pounds and bend repeatedly throughout the shift.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload ferrule furnace and maintain temperature.
• Assist ferrule press servicing and box/container making.
• Packaging, labeling, sealing, and inventory recording.
• Transport and store materials in inventory locations with proper documentation.
