The Ceramic Ferrule Machine Operator position is based in Elyria, OH, working third shift (11pm–7am) with an hourly wage of $23.25 plus a $1.10 shift differential, totaling $24.35/hour and a $2,000 sign-on bonus ($1,000 at 90 days and $1,000 at 6 months). The role involves loading ferrule furnaces, maintaining temperatures, and packaging duties.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent, stand/walk 8–10 hours, basic inventory computer skills, and forklift certification ability.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Stand and walk for 8–10 hours in a manufacturing ceramic kiln environment.
• Basic computer skills for inventory transactions.
• Forklift certification required or able to obtain B&D approved forklift certification program.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload ferrule furnace.
• Maintain proper temperature.
• Assist Ferrule Team Member in servicing the ferrule presses.
• Box/container making, packaging (weighing, labeling, sealing, wrapping), transport and store in inventory location and maintaining documents.
