United Way of the Bluegrass seeks a visionary Chief Development Officer to spearhead comprehensive fundraising and drive growth across donor channels. You will report to the President & CEO and lead a year-round development program focused on sustainable revenue streams and program impact.

The role emphasizes strategic relationship-building with major donors, corporate partners, and community stakeholders, while guiding a high-performing development team.

Formación

• Eight or more years of progressive nonprofit fundraising leadership experience.
• Proven track record securing major gifts and managing full-cycle fundraising programs.
• Experience with planned giving, corporate philanthropy, donor stewardship, and major donor strategy.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and lead multi-year fundraising strategy with revenue goals and donor segmentation.
• Oversee workplace campaigns, major gifts, corporate philanthropy, and giving societies.
• Manage endowment, planned giving, and donor stewardship efforts with reports and dashboards.
• Lead and develop the Resource Development team and ensure CRM data integrity.
