Job summary

Channel Partners Solutions is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support our CEO. This role is not a traditional executive support position; you will partner with the CEO to keep his operating rhythm running smoothly as he travels about 60% of the time, with on-site work in Tampa.

You will exercise judgment, manage communications, coordinate priorities, and protect the CEO’s time so he can focus on high-impact actions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years supporting a C-level executive preferred.
• Ability to anticipate needs with strong judgment and discretion.
• Experience coordinating complex travel and schedules across time zones.
• Experience in fast-paced, travel-heavy environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage executive calendar and travel across multiple time zones.
• Prioritize CEO communications and draft key correspondence.
• Prepare briefing materials and follow through on action items.
• Coordinate board meetings and executive communications.
