Job summary

Moneycorp in Stamford, CT is seeking a Chief of Staff to work directly with the Group CEO in a high-impact leadership role. This is not a traditional role, but a hands-on opportunity to shape company outcomes and strategy.

You will drive strategic initiatives from concept through execution, lead cross-functional programs across geographies, and structure critical decisions for executive and Board discussions.

Qualifications

• MBA required or equivalent.
• 5-7+ years' post-MBA experience in strategy or related fields.
• Experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, PE, or corporate development preferred.
• Exceptional judgement and analytical skills.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic initiatives from concept through execution.
• Lead cross-functional programs spanning geographies and business units.
• Structure critical decisions for executive and Board discussions.
• Act as trusted thought partner to the CEO on strategic, operational and people matters.
• Exposure to M&A activity, governance, regulatory initiatives, and Board priorities.
