Job summary

Moneycorp in Stamford, CT is seeking a Chief of Staff to work directly with the Group CEO in a high-impact leadership role. This is not a traditional role, but a hands-on opportunity to shape company outcomes and strategy.

You will drive strategic initiatives from concept through execution, lead cross-functional programs across geographies, and structure critical decisions for executive and Board discussions.

Qualifications

• MBA required or equivalent.
• 5-7+ years' post-MBA experience in strategy or related fields.
• Experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, PE, or corporate development preferred.
• Exceptional judgement and analytical skills.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.

This is not a traditional Chief of Staff role.

Who we're looking for

• A top-tier MBA graduate with 5-7+ years' post-MBA experience


• Background in strategy consulting, investment banking, private equity, corporate development, or high-growth/PE-backed operating environments


• Exceptional judgement, analytical rigor and a genuine bias for action


• Someone with intellectual curiosity, low ego and a hunger to build a serious leadership career
