Financial Edge is seeking an Assistant to the CEO in Salt Lake City. This high-trust role serves as the primary strategic integrator, aligning teams to execute the Founder & CEO's vision with discipline and accountability.

Reporting to the Founder, you will organize priorities, remove friction, and evolve from hands-on coordination to co-ownership of operating rhythms and leadership processes, enabling focused, high-impact execution across the organization.

Formación

• 5+ years in senior operations, project leadership, or strategic execution roles within a growing organization.
• Experience translating vision into execution in fast-paced or ambiguous environments.
• Familiarity with EOS or similar operating systems is strongly preferred.
• Background in financial services is helpful but not required; strong business acumen and learning agility are essential.
