Job summary

Pinnacle Senior Living, part of The Pennant Group, is seeking experienced leaders to advance into senior living leadership through the CEO-in-Training program. You will learn the business alongside an Executive Director/CEO and start shaping your path in a dynamic care environment.

The initial leadership development portion lasts about 12 weeks, with the overall CIT experience varying based on background and opportunities available. Prior senior living experience is helpful but not required.

• Experienced leaders with a track record in fast-paced environments.
• Background in healthcare, hospitality, logistics, or operations is valued.
• Senior living experience is helpful but not required.
• Participation in a CEO-in-Training program is part of the path.

Responsibilities

• Join a CEO-in-Training program to learn the business of senior living alongside an Executive Director/CEO.
• Develop leadership capabilities during the initial leadership development portion (~12 weeks) and adapt as opportunities arise.
