Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies invites undergraduates to join the CEO Global Presidential Program as a Data Analytics PA. This intensive, 18-month rotational program includes three six-month assignments designed to develop analytics, data science, and CRM capabilities while exposing you to senior leadership.

You'll rotate through Global Analytics, Brand Growth Intelligence, and North America Consumer Insights, with onboarding, coaching, and placement opportunities after completion.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree with a graduation date between December 2026 and August 2027.
• Relevant Data Analytics-related internship or work experience. Experience with Python, R, and SQL preferred.
• Demonstrated record of achievement as well as strong interpersonal skills and leadership skills.
• Global exposure/study abroad is a plus.
• Ability to relocate to New York City

The Data Analytics PA will rotate through various technically challenging roles with a focus on data science, data analytics, and customer relationship management.
