We engage the participants' creativity, learning agility, and innovation to create bespoke experiences that attract, develop, and retain ELC’s next generation of leaders.Online TrackThe Online track focuses on the increasingly important role of e/m-commerce and digital innovation in today’s retail landscape. The Online PA will be exposed to various functions within our organization with a focus on online commercial programming, site merchandising and analytics, and online marketing across brand.com and retailer.com.
