It is an intensive, 18-month rotational program consisting of three six-month rotations designed for impending graduates of Bachelor’s degree programs.This leadership development program integrates customized and diverse professional rotations with continuous development, strength-based coaching, mentoring, group networking opportunities, and strategic thinking initiatives to accelerate professional growth. We engage the participants' creativity, learning agility, and innovation to create bespoke experiences that attract, develop, and retain ELC’s next generation of leaders.Creative TrackThe Creative track PA will either focus on content design and creation or on store design and physical merchandising.• The content-focused Creative PA will explore imaginative storytelling and visual expression through creating artwork, branding concepts, digital media, and compelling content that captivates audiences and communicates a brand’s voice through design and narrative.• The physical design Creative PA will elevate the customer experience through spatial aesthetics and product presentation.
