Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Five to ten years of progressive experience in consumer finance, financial services, or loan servicing operations.
• Strong knowledge of consumer loan products, servicing systems, and regulatory requirements.
• Proven leadership experience managing teams and cross-departmental initiatives.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of business functions, including underwriting, servicing, collections, and monitoring loan portfolio performance.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and data accuracy.
• Manage relationships with external vendors and partners such as payment processors, banks, and compliance vendors.
• Monitor portfolio performance and prepare operational reports for the Board.
• Develop and execute the company’s strategic and financial goals.
• Select, lead, train, and support staff to maintain high operational standards, strong customer service performance, and regulatory compliance.
