Engine is seeking a visionary VP, Finance to lead and partner with the CEO and executive team. You will own the company\'s financial strategy, planning cadence, and capital allocation, shaping how the business is understood by the Board, investors, and partners.

You\'ll build the Finance organization to scale through data, systems, and AI-enabled processes. You will lead forecasting, performance analysis, and reporting while guiding pricing, monetization, and strategic investments.

Qualifikationen

• 12+ years of experience across investment banking, private equity, growth equity, corporate finance, FP&A, strategic finance, or a related field.
• Experience leading Finance at a high-growth tech, SaaS, marketplace, fintech, or similarly complex company.
• Investment banking or private equity background with hands-on valuation and capital markets.

Aufgaben

• Strategic financial leadership with growth strategy and profitability focus.
• Own fundraising, debt and liquidity strategy, and capital events, including Board storytelling.
• Own the financial plan: quarterly forecasting, long-range models, scenario analysis.
• Tell Engine's financial story to Board and investors with clarity and impact.
• Build and lead a high-performance Finance team and scale infrastructure with AI and automation.
