Qualifications

• 4–8 years of experience in investment banking or relevant areas.
• Experience in Chief of Staff, BizOps, or Growth roles.
• Ability to operate in a high-intensity environment.

Responsibilities

• Attend all major meetings with the CEO and capture notes.
• Drive follow-ups to ensure all opportunities progress.
• Manage the CEO's inbox and prioritize communications.
• Support fundraising efforts and strategic partnerships.
