Responsibilities

  • Engagement Planning & Execution: Support the planning, logistics, and tracking of CEO engagements across employees, leadership teams, business partners, VICs, and press.
  • Content Development & Writing: Draft and edit internal emails, briefing memos, event prep documents, remarks, and talking points; support CEO speaking engagements and select press moments.
  • Research & Briefing Support: Conduct background research on stakeholders and synthesize briefing documents.
  • Channel & Calendar Coordination: Manage content across CEO channels and coordinate scheduling with assistants and teams.
  • Employee & Leadership Engagement: Support CEO employee engagement initiatives and leadership team meeting preparations.
  • Press & External Engagements: Assist with press opportunities and track coverage and correspondence.

Position Overview

The Executive Communications Associate will support the strategy and execution of high-impact communications and stakeholder engagements for our Chief Executive Officer. Reporting to the Head of Communications and Engagements, this role will help manage the operations, research, communications drafting, and coordination that bring the CEO's priorities, voice, and visibility to life across press, employee moments, leadership engagement, and global business activities.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Engagement Planning & Execution: Support the planning, logistics, and tracking of CEO engagements across key stakeholder groups including employees, leadership teams, business partners, VICs, and press. Help manage timelines and deliverables for high-priority CEO visibility moments and track across all CEO engagements.
  • Content Development & Writing: Draft and edit clear, concise communications including internal emails, briefing memos, event prep documents, remarks, and talking points. Collaborate on content development for CEO speaking engagements and select press moments, in partnership with Corporate Communications and PR teams.
  • Research & Briefing Support: Conduct background research stakeholders and organizations the CEO is engaging with, synthesize into clear and insightful briefing documents and summaries to support CEO.
  • Channel & Calendar Coordination: Help manage content across CEO channels (e.g., email, LinkedIn, internal intranet), maintain calendar of CEO engagements and coordinate with executive assistants and internal teams on scheduling.
  • Employee & Leadership Engagement: Support execution of CEO employee engagement initiatives (e.g., roundtables, awards, cultural recognition moments); Assist with preparations for Leadership Team meetings and CEO visibility with key internal forums
  • Press & External Engagements: Support research and preparation for press opportunities and external stakeholder/consumer engagement; Track and archive coverage and correspondence.
