Job summary

Premier Executive Search is looking for an experienced Chief Executive Officer in Las Vegas to lead operations and drive strategic growth for the largest behavioral health hospital in the region. The role includes overseeing clinical and financial performance, mentoring executive teams, and ensuring exceptional patient care. Candidates should have 5-10 years of leadership experience in hospital operations, ideally in acute psychiatric settings. The position offers a base salary and performance-based bonuses.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of progressive hospital leadership experience.
• 3-5 years in an executive leadership role within an acute psychiatric or acute care hospital.
• Prior CEO or hospital executive leadership experience strongly preferred.
• Experience within behavioral health and substance use disorder programs.
• Strong experience with payer relations and contract negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and operational oversight for a large behavioral health hospital.
• Drive hospital performance, including census growth and financial performance.
• Lead and mentor the executive leadership team across functions.
• Strengthen relationships with physicians and community partners.
• Identify opportunities to grow inpatient and outpatient services.
