A premier behavioral health hospital in Las Vegas is seeking an experienced and dynamic Chief Executive Officer to lead hospital operations, strengthen financial performance, and drive strategic growth.

This organization operates the largest behavioral health hospital in the region, serving a highly acute patient population within a state-of-the-art, newly built facility that is widely recognized as one of the most modern and well-designed behavioral health hospitals in the market.

The CEO will oversee all operational, clinical, and financial performance while partnering with physicians, leadership teams, and corporate stakeholders to ensure exceptional patient care, operational excellence, and continued growth.

This role is ideal for an experienced hospital executive with a background in acute psychiatric or behavioral health hospital operations who can lead effectively in a competitive healthcare environment and deliver measurable performance improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and operational oversight for a large behavioral health hospital
• Drive hospital performance, including census growth, financial performance, and operational efficiency
• Lead and mentor the executive leadership team across clinical, operational, and administrative functions
• Strengthen relationships with physicians, referral sources, and community partners
• Oversee payer relations and support contract negotiation strategies
• Identify opportunities to grow inpatient and outpatient behavioral health services
• Support the development of new revenue-generating service lines
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and quality patient care outcomes
