• Budget development, analysis, and oversight experience.
• Experience with marketing for volume growth and program development.
• Leadership experience in SNF, post-acute care, or hospital settings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee hospital operations and continually assess and improve performance.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and Joint Commission standards.
• Manage patient census and participate in community marketing of services.
• Lead and motivate a team (10–12 direct reports) and recognize achievements.
