Job summary

Haven Behavioral Healthcare, an Oceans Healthcare Company, seeks a Hospital Chief Executive Officer to lead overall operations, strategy, staff and budget, ensuring quality behavioral health services across the facility. The CEO will drive mission alignment and community impact.

The role requires strong leadership, policy execution, and fiscal oversight, with collaboration across Medical Staff and adherence to Joint Commission and state/federal regulations. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Behavioral Services, Administration or related health care field.
• 3+ years of full-time experience in progressively responsible healthcare management positions; or 5+ years with a Baccalaureate Degree; or 10+ years in hospital administration.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Hospital operations for the Governing Board with responsibility for assets, budgeting, and service delivery.
• Oversee budgeting, reporting, and financial performance to ensure efficient use of resources.
• Recruit, supervise and direct professional and auxiliary staff; delegate duties as appropriate.
• Prepare monthly management and special reports for the Governing Board; support policy formulation.
• Engage with Medical Staff, ensure cooperation across departments, and uphold regulatory compliance.
