Job summary

Temple Faculty Physicians seeks a Chief Executive Officer to lead the multispecialty academic practice aligned with Temple Health and Temple University Health System. The CEO will drive strategic direction, operational performance, and a culture of excellence across TFP’s sites and affiliations.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Progressive executive leadership in a large multispecialty physician group with P&L accountability.
• Experience partnering with medical school leadership and clinical department chairs.

Responsibilities

• Develop a multi-year strategy for TFP aligned with TUHS and LKSOM priorities.
• Lead and oversee operations, finances, quality, access, and workforce strategy for TFP.
• Partner with academic leadership to align funds flow, recruitment, and governance.
