Job summary

Temple University Health System seeks a physician executive to serve as Chief Executive Officer of Temple Faculty Physicians (TFP), the multispecialty academic practice through which Temple's clinical faculty deliver care across Temple Health.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Progressive executive leadership in a large multispecialty physician group or academic enterprise.
• Experience partnering with medical school leadership and chairs.

Responsibilities

• Lead Temple Faculty Physicians' overall performance and strategic direction.
• Partner with the Lewis Katz School of Medicine and TUHS leadership.
• Direct clinical operations, financial results, and workforce strategy.
• Govern and staff the TF P board with chairs and leadership.
