Job Title: Centro Evening Server
Reports to: Centro General Manager
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Summary: Takes customer food and non/alcoholic beverage orders and completes currency transactions while performing the following duties below. Other duties may be assigned.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Greets guests with a pleasant smile and providing superior customer service.
• Sets tables according to type of event and service standards.
• Takes orders and answers questions/offer suggestions on menu selections.
• Records transaction in point-of-sale system at time of order.
• Checks in with guests to ensure satisfaction with each food course and/or beverage.
• Presents accurate check to guest(s) and processes payment.
• Maintains cleanliness of work areas throughout the day.
• Cleans and sets up tables/rooms.
• Completes all open/closing duties before clocking out.
