High School Diploma or GED required.
2+ years customer service/consumer finance experience.
1+ year of call center experience.
Detail oriented with ability to multitask.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Windows, Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries via toll-free line and resolve issues promptly.
Assist customers with mobile app registration, login, and password resets.
Enter customer complaints and credit disputes into the complaint management system.
Process mail, credit verification letters, and other correspondence.
Handle paid-out contracts and lien releases per state law.
Prepare daily banking deposits and balance cash drawers.
Process modification requests from start to finish.
Lead special projects and initiatives.
