Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with customers, physician offices, patients and third party providers, following standard SOPs under supervision.

You will log inquiries, track status, coordinate with other departments and notify customers of investigation results and planned adjustments, ensuring courteous and efficient service. Bilingual English/Spanish and prior call center experience are a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 25 WPM touch typing and formatting documents.
• Basic PC skills: start/shut down computer, navigate programs, save files, print, online access.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Resolves routine questions from customers, physician offices, patients and third party vendors per guidelines and SOPs.
• Logs and tracks inquiries using computer systems; checks status and follows up.
• Coordinates with other departments; escalates unresolved issues as needed.
• Contacts customers or providers to respond to inquiries or notify investigation results.
