Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with customers and providers following SOPs.
• Log and track inquiries using a computer system; document interactions and actions taken.
• Coordinate with other departments and escalate unresolved issues to senior staff.
• Notify customers and physicians of investigation results and planned adjustments.
• Assist multiple lines of business as needed.
