They will assist in monitoring the work of specialists and facilitate training processes. Qualifications include a High School Diploma and experience in customer service. The position offers a salary range of $18.25 - $24.35 per hour.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED.
• One year experience as a Specialist II.
• Experience in identifying operational issues and recommending strategies.
• Intermediate to advanced PC and Search Engine skills.

Responsabilidades

• Resolve intermediate to complex questions or problems with customers.
• Assist in coordination of centralized services specialists.
• Serve as first escalation point for problem resolution.
• Maintain records of contact interactions and complaints.
• Monitors trends and notify supervisors of high priority issues.
