Responsibilities

• Coordinate staffing coverage across multiple clinical locations.
• Leverage data sources and workforce tools to optimize staffing assignments.
• Address staffing gaps in real time to support safe, high-quality patient care.
• Report to Centralized Scheduling and Float Pool Director.
