What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

1. Schedule, cancel, and reschedule outpatient visits and procedures for multiple ambulatory clinics
2. Check in and check out patients according to scheduling and registration guidelines
3. Obtain and verify patient guarantor information and generate referrals as needed
4. Coordinate follow-up appointments and testing with patients at check-out
5. Collect time of service payments and reconcile cash drawer at the end of the day

What is Required (Qualifications):

1. High School diploma or equivalent
2. State criminal background check, and federal if applicable, as required for state department of health regulations
3. Strong written and verbal communication skills
4. Ability to sit for extended periods of time
5. Must be available for scheduled work shifts
