WVUH West Virginia University Hospitals in Morgantown, WV, seeks a Scheduling/Registration Clerk to manage outpatient visits and procedures across ambulatory clinics. You will collect necessary information, verify guarantor details, and ensure efficient check-in and coordination with clinics.
The role requires a High School diploma and strong written and verbal communication. Typical hours are Monday-Thursday 11:30 am–8:00 pm, Friday 10:30 am–7:00 pm, with every fourth Saturday rotation.
Responsible for scheduling, cancelling, rescheduling and registering of outpatient visits and procedures for multiple ambulatory clinics, by collecting all necessary information for schedule and registration preparation.

Monday-Thursday 11:30 am to 8:00 pm. Friday 10:30 am to 7:00 pm with a rotation of every 4thSaturday. Saturday shifts are 630 am-7:00 pm.
