SSM Health Physical Therapy - Outpatient Division is seeking a Central Scheduler to join our on-site team in Hazelwood, MO. This role involves handling high volumes of calls to schedule patients across our large outpatient network, obtaining authorizations, and delivering exceptional customer service with multitasking on dual monitors.

Overview

SSM Health Physical Therapy - Outpatient Division

Centralized Scheduler - ON-SITE - Hazelwood, MO

Full Time - Monday Through Friday

Monday-Friday 7:30 AM-6:30 PM

Responsibilities

We are looking for a dynamic Central Scheduler to join our team! Our Central Schedulers work with referral sources to ensure that each patient gets scheduled at the appropriate clinic and can receivethe best quality care. Our Central Schedulers make and take calls to patients to get them scheduled at one of our clinics. We are looking for someone with exceptional customer service, multitasking skills, computer skills, and adaptability.

SSM Health Physical Thearpy offers a wide array of outpatient services at multiple locations throughout the St. Louis Metro area. Our outpatient services range from specific, single therapy services, such as physical therapy for back pain or a sports injury, to comprehensive day-long therapy programs as part of our Day Institute Program. SSM Health Physical Therapy also offers home health services through SSM Home Care, which allow patients to receive therapy services at home. The goal of rehabilitation for each patient is to achieve a better quality of life, independence, comfort, and maximum mobility.
