Arkansas Urology in Little Rock is seeking an office scheduling coordinator to manage the daily function of the scheduling desk, greet patients, handle phone calls, and coordinate appointments and records.
This role requires accuracy, HIPAA awareness, and experience with EMR/EHR and Outlook; Monday–Friday days; training provided, team environment, and opportunity to contribute to patient care.
Responsible for daily function of the scheduling office and assisting with patient needs, in the office and on the phone.

Mental alertness and adaptability to office and field area work routines. Equivalent to four years high school or GED, with particular emphasis during high school in office skills, shop skills, or others, plus 0 to 6 months related experience or training. Or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience: Minimum of 6 months of related experience, preferably in a healthcare setting. Knowledge of EMR/EHR systems and Microsoft Outlook. Familiarity with scheduling appointments and working within a call queue preferred.
