Core Spaces in Ann Arbor is seeking a Centralized Account Manager to handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and delinquency processes for a multi-property portfolio. You will optimize workflows with Entrata, Yardi, EliseAI and related systems, partnering with accounting and operations to improve financial accuracy and reporting.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of property management, finance, or operations experience with AP/AR and delinquency oversight.
• Two+ years in a leadership or senior financial role overseeing workflows and automation.
• Strong communication skills to translate financial insights across departments.
• Experience with rental housing financial processes and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Execute strategy and goals for centralized AP & AR; provide real-time feedback on processes.
• Design and implement new workflows and automation for AP & AR efficiency.
• Manage rent collection and achieve delinquency goals under 1%.
• Maintain accurate tenant ledger records in Entrata.
• Collaborate with Community Manager on eviction notices per law.
• Understand policies, contracts, and laws for delinquency and eviction.
• Foster positive resident relationships.
• Prepare and analyze monthly financials; track trends and recommend improvements.
• Oversee FMO process and ensure security deposits are applied correctly in the ledger.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve vendor management systems and reporting.
• Pilot new tools and provide feedback on usability and impact.
