Job summary

TaylorMade Golf Company seeks a golf industry expert to manage relationships with our strongest Staff Program members across the Central United States. The role includes overseeing sponsorship activities with the PGA of America and major events, and representing the company in high-level golf industry engagements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years general golf industry experience, with 5 years direct interaction with golf professionals at the highest level.
• Strong fitting and product optimization background is required.
• Ability to travel extensively and manage field events.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with top professionals.
• Valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Build and drive the development of the green grass channel through relationships with Staff program members.
• Manage high-level communications with Staff members and implement key business strategies with PGA professionals.
• Oversee on-site activities at Title Sponsored events with the PGA of America (Section and National).
• Identify, recruit and retain top golf professionals; form relationships with players and their teams.
• Work with Sales to improve brand loyalty and recognition.
• Serve as point of contact for all Sport’s Marketing events (PNC National & Sectional, TP Classics, PGA Tour Events).
• Collaborate with Club professionals to understand needs and coordinate with Product/R&D.
• Assist design teams by liaising between design and field.
• Communicate product timelines to Club professionals.
• Observe competitive activity and provide insights to GSM, Product Creation and R&D.
• Manage contract negotiations with Staff members.
• Oversee product fitting/seeding at key facilities within region; align with Sales for exposure.
• Perform other related duties as required.
