Global Sports Jobs Limited is seeking a Regional Staff Programs Manager to oversee relationships with top PGA professionals in the Central United States. You will manage sponsorship activities with PGA of America and high-profile TaylorMade events, and represent the department with golf industry leaders and executives.

This role requires strong golf knowledge, extensive travel, and proven event planning capabilities.

Qualifications

• Must have expert golf knowledge and playing skills.
• High level of product knowledge and understanding of club design and fitting.
• Strong interpersonal/public relations skills and professional appearance.

Responsabilités

• Build and drive development of the green grass channel through relationships with Staff program members.
• Manage high-level communication with top Staff members and implement key business strategies.
• Oversee on-site activities at Title Sponsored events with PGA of America at Section and National levels.
• Identify, recruit and retain top golf professionals within the target Pyramid of Influence.
• Work with Sales to execute measurable brand loyalty and recognition.
