Job summary

TaylorMade Golf Company is seeking a dynamic Junior Player Relations role to expand the brand's presence among AJGA and collegiate players, recruit new talent, and advocate TaylorMade products across drivers, irons, putters, and golf balls.

You will build trusted relationships, provide fitting expertise, and collaborate with teams to maximize equipment usage while traveling 80-90% of the year.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate strong knowledge of TaylorMade products.
• High-level golf skills at amateur/pro level.
• Ability to recruit and build relationships with junior players.
• Understanding of amateur golf landscape and player tendencies.
• Valid driver's license and ability to maintain it.

Responsibilities

• Maximize equipment use across ball, driver, metalwood and irons.
• Focus recruitment on AJGA, US Kids, and local events.
• Build trust with players and fit products to their needs.
• Collaborate with senior staff to meet goals in junior/college programs.
• Represent TaylorMade to players, families, agents and coaches.
• Travel 80-90% to events.
