The role focuses on leveraging existing relationships, deepening client ties, and guiding a regional team with strategic direction. The position offers flexibility in office location and opportunities for leadership development and long-term ownership within the firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• Texas PE license is required or clearly in process.
• CFM certification is preferred or required.
• Experience leading drainage/water resources projects is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead Water Resources for Central Texas, shaping strategy, staffing, and pursuits.
• Maintain and expand relationships with municipalities, agencies, and clients.
• Provide senior technical oversight for drainage and floodplain projects.
• Mentor engineers, plan staffing, budgets, and schedules.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies and client engagements.
• Travel as needed to project sites and Westwood offices nationwide.
