Job summary

PMI U.S. is seeking an Early Careers Territory Sales Manager for the Central Region. You will own a business territory, partner directly with retail customers, analyze sales data, and execute strategies to drive growth in your market.

You will learn how consumer products are brought to life in the marketplace while developing skills in sales, relationship management, negotiation, business analytics, and strategic planning. Relocation within the region may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or expected prior to start date.
• Recent graduates with up to two years of professional experience are encouraged to apply.
• Interest in sales, business development, account management, consumer goods, retail operations, or commercial leadership.
• Leadership experience through internships, campus organizations, athletics, military service, volunteer work, retail, hospitality, or other customer-facing roles.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Demonstrated initiative, resilience, and problem-solving ability.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations.

Responsibilities
