You will oversee ordering, receiving, stocking, and distributing items, while collaborating with nursing leadership to control costs and ensure resident care remains uninterrupted.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, ability to work with vendors, and a proactive approach to inventory optimization in a skilled nursing environment.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in central supply, inventory management, or purchasing in healthcare preferred.
• CNA certification preferred but not required.
• Experience in skilled nursing facility or healthcare setting is a plus.
• Familiarity with medical supplies and healthcare purchasing.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills; attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Order, receive, organize, and stock central supply items.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and labeling.
• Monitor PAR levels to prevent shortages and overstock.
• Communicate supply concerns to nursing and leadership.
• Develop relationships with vendors and manage purchasing.
• Process purchase orders and track deliveries.
