Job summary

City View Post Acute in San Francisco, CA is seeking an organized Central Supply Manager to oversee the facility’s medical and general inventory. You will order, receive, stock, and distribute supplies, while collaborating with nursing and administrative teams to ensure cost-effective purchasing and uninterrupted resident care.

Qualifications

• Experience in central supply or inventory management in healthcare preferred.
• CNA certification preferred but not required.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize requests and manage deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Order, receive, organize, and stock central supply items.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and organize supplies.
• Monitor PAR levels to prevent shortages and overstock.
• Distribute supplies to nursing units and departments.
• Manage purchase orders, deliveries, and vendor relations.
• Assist with audits and maintain purchasing documentation.
• Collaborate with Nursing, Administration, Dietary, Environmental Services, Rehabilitation and others.
• Ensure supplies stored appropriately and in compliance with policies.
