Avante at Leesburg Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is seeking a Central Supply Clerk to manage supplies and equipment, ensuring resident care quality. The role supports CNA duties, with a 3/2 schedule combining central supply and direct care responsibilities.

Qualified candidates will have a High School Diploma, at least 1 year in health care, and CNA certification. Background screening is required, and Avante offers comprehensive benefits and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Must read, write, speak and understand English.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred.
• Minimum 1 year experience in health care; long term care preferred.
• Must be CNA certified and able to follow written and oral instructions.

Responsabilités

• Provide supplies and equipment in an efficient manner per policy and guidelines.
• Work 3 days in Central Supply and 2 days as CNA.
• Follow AHCA Care Provider background screening requirements.
