Job summary

Thompson Health is seeking a Central Sterile Technician for an evening shift. You will manage the distribution of reusable supplies and ensure proper decontamination through established cleaning and sterilization processes. The role supports daily operations and helps orient new team members.

Qualifications include a high school diploma and a current IAHCSMM certification within 18 months. Prior CS tech experience is preferred, but entry with the right credentials is welcomed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Certification through IAHCSMM or equivalent within 18 months of employment required.
• 1–3 years as a Central Sterile Supply technician preferred.

Responsibilities

• Distribute reusable supplies and equipment.
• Decontaminate supplies and equipment per guidelines (cleaning & terminal sterilization).
• Assist supervisor in daily departmental activities, including orientation of new associates.

• Pay Range:** $21.94 -$26.00, based on experience

Main Function

• Responsible for distribution of reusable supplies and equipment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Current certification through IAHCSMM or equivalent required within 18 months of employment.
• One to three years as a technician of Central Sterile Supply preferred.
• No experience is required.
