Responsibilities

• Supervises personnel in the CSPD section.
• Plans and adjusts work assignments and schedules.
• Interviews, hires, and evaluates staff; administers disciplinary actions.
• Ensures regulatory compliance and adherence to standards (AAMI, IAHCSMM).
• Maintains quality assurance and infection prevention practices.
• Interfaces with surgeons, CSPD, OR teams, and leadership.
