Qualifications

• 6 months of sterile processing experience (preferred).
• Currently enrolled in a sterile processing training program (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Decontamination of instrumentation and medical equipment: uses chemical agents and automated decontamination machinery.
• Assembles, preps and packs instrumentation, inspects for cleanliness, function, and labeling.
• Sterilization: follows prescribed procedures, monitors and documents sterilization parameters.
• Case Cart Assembly and Sterile Storage: assembles case carts, maintains sterile storage and inventories.
