Job summary

Chukchansi Gold Resort & Casino seeks a skilled Central Services Supervisor to manage the PBX and reservation system, ensuring timely call handling and accurate information delivery to guests.

You will supervise CSRs, oversee daily operations, and assist with strategic marketing and yield management by monitoring occupancy and revenue. Flexible hours and weekend availability preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School diploma or GED.
• Experience with LMS and NEC preferred.
• Experience with call center equipment and hotel reservation systems required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Central Services Representatives and Leads.
• Oversee reservations, hotel blocks, and casino event bookings.
• Forecast, price rooms, and manage inventory to optimize occupancy and revenue.
• Coordinate bookings between departments and ensure calls are answered promptly.
• Train CSRs on procedures and emergency handling.
