Job summary

Chukchansi Gold Resort & Casino is seeking a welcoming Switchboard / Central Services Representative to handle the main phone line, direct calls, and assist with restaurant reservations. You will resolve simple guest issues, relay accurate messages, and maintain call logs to support smooth hotel operations.

The role emphasizes excellent communication, calm handling of emergencies, and teamwork in a busy hospitality environment at California’s premier resort.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Experience with PBX equipment preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and a clear speaking voice.
• Ability to operate a computer, paging systems, and office devices.

Responsibilities

• Answer switchboard and direct calls in a prompt, courteous manner.
• Deliver messages accurately and resolve minor customer disputes.
• Assist with making restaurant reservations.
• Maintain logs of calls, wake-up calls, and housekeeping requests.
• Coordinate with Security and Emergency Medical Technicians as needed.
