Larimer County District Attorney’s Office is seeking a Central Services Record Tech to handle frontline communications, process intake of documents, and support case workflows in a high-visibility role.
You will scan and index records, answer the main telephone line, and assist the public, defendants, victims, and witnesses with questions while maintaining confidentiality.
This position requires professionalism, accuracy, and the ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
We are looking for a Central Services Record Tech! This is a highly visible role within the District Attorney’s Office, providing opportunities to interact with the public, attorneys, and staff across the office. The ideal candidate enjoys engaging with people, brings a good sense of humor, and can manage multiple tasks efficiently, whether assisting someone on the phone, helping visitors in person, or preparing complex documents for scanning and indexing. Experience working with legal or confidential matters, as well as interacting with the public, is highly valued.
The District Attorney's Office is open Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. A person in this position would be expected to be available for those hours.
