Job summary

PUMA North America, Inc. is seeking a on-site Office Coordinator/Receptionist in Los Angeles. You will greet employees and visitors, manage front desk operations, and coordinate access credentials.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and a customer-first mindset to ensure a smooth, welcoming environment. Responsibilities include coordinating events, processing invoices, and assisting with mail, supplies, and facility-related tasks.

Qualifications

  • 1 year of experience in customer service, hospitality, office coordination, or workplace support roles.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to create welcoming experiences for employees, guests, and visitors.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with a professional demeanor.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable supporting in-person workplace operations as a first point of contact.
  • On-site role availability, Monday-Thursday, 7:30 AM–12:30 PM.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome all PUMA employees, guests, and visitors; ensure a seamless, positive experience and act as a connector to help occupants navigate the building.
  • Manage front desk operations including visitor registration and guest check-ins.
  • Oversee employee and visitor access card programs.
  • Triage tickets in the ticketing system.
  • Ensure building is clean, safe, and fully functional to support PUMA business.
  • Coordinate with Building Management for day-to-day issues and events.
  • Support internal communications and reminders through channels and platforms.
  • Process Central Services invoices.
  • Serve as point of contact for facility-related concerns and high customer satisfaction.
  • Assist with setup, teardown, and furniture coordination for events and trainings.
  • Order and maintain core office supplies and kitchen items.
  • Assist with shipping and receiving tasks and daily mail/packages.

YOUR MISSION
  • Welcome all PUMA employees, business guests, and visitors, ensuring a seamless and positive experience and serve as a connector helping occupants navigate the building, understand resources
  • Manage all front desk operations, including visitor registration and guest check-ins
  • Oversee employee and visitor access card programs.
  • Triage tickets in the ticketing system
  • Ensure the building is in clean, safe, and in working order each day and all areas of the building are fully functional to support PUMA business for our employees and visitors
  • Work close with Building Management teams for day to day issues
  • Support general office announcements and reminders using internal channels and platforms
  • Process all Central Services related invoices
  • Act as a point of contact for any facility-related concerns, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Support department and company-wide events, meetings, and trainings with set up, take down and furniture coordination
  • Order and maintain core office supplies including facilities related items and kitchen items
  • Assist with shipping and receiving tasks as needed, including but not limited to daily delivery of office mail and packages
YOUR TALENT
  • 1 year of experience in customer service, hospitality, office coordination, or workplace support roles.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to create welcoming, positive experiences for employees, guests, and visitors.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and approachable demeanor.

  • Availability for an on-site role, Monday-Thursday, 7:30 AM-12:30 PM

The hiring range bae pay for this position is $20.58 - 27-37.
