Salary Estimate: $82,180.80 - $115,044.80 / year

Responsibilities

  • Ensure appropriate resource utilization in a cost‑effective manner and provide an environment conducive to professional growth for personnel.
  • Operationalize institutional and unit goals and objectives, and report to the Director of Surgical Services.
Qualifications
  • Associate Arts Degree and specialty certification preferred (Certified Surgical Technician acceptable).
  • Two years of management experience preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years progressive Central Service or surgery experience required.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of sterilization principles, theories and practices and knowledge of new modalities of surgical techniques required.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated teaching and precepting skills required.
