Responsibilities span training, workflow optimization, and collaboration with department leadership to improve performance and patient satisfaction while maintaining strict adherence to schedules and data

Qualifications

• 5 years of prior Central Scheduling experience or 2 years of high performance.
• HS Diploma or equivalent.
• Active certifications as required for function and level.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train Central Scheduling staff to meet metrics.
• Monitor daily workflow and allocate calls.
• Audit call quality and scheduling accuracy.
• Collaborate with leadership and improve processes.
• Ensure accurate patient demographics and insurance data.
